It is hard to believe it has been 25 years since the opening of the doors to RUTH RUHL, P.C., setting the stage for a lifetime of relationships for which I am grateful. My first day seems like it was yesterday, and looking back, it feels surreal, exciting and humbling all at the same time.
My philosophy has always been straightforward – Customer Service is “RUHL” Number One®! This guiding principle has never changed, serving as the basis for which my law firm has built its reputation, leading to unprecedented growth and success. As a female business owner, I’m most proud of our dedication to excellence, earning us national and statewide recognition. RUTH RUHL, P.C., holds the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certification and is a certified Texas Woman-Owned business.
Our journey has also had challenges, but we have always managed to work through those challenges by anticipating your needs. With the development of our proprietary software platforms, we have enhanced the mortgage document preparation and fulfillment process, making it more efficient and transparent. The COVID-19 pandemic also required swift and decisive adaptation, further proving the resilience and flexibility of our team.
While we focus primarily on loss mitigation documents nationwide, our team also prepares Texas-based loan origination documents. Recently, the Federal Housing Administration launched a new relief program to help homeowners across the country with unforeseen circumstances stay in their homes. We expect the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and government-sponsored enterprises to follow suit. As a result, RUTH RUHL, P.C., anticipates an even greater need for our core services, and we appreciate any word-of-mouth referrals.
Looking ahead, we will continue to streamline our platform and maintain the high level of service you have come to expect. My commitment to you and my passion for the work remains strong.
