Jeri Jarquin brings added depth and documentation expertise to the RUTH RUHL P.C. team in her role as an associate attorney. She reviews Texas loan origination closing documents for residential document packages and confirms mortgage and title compliance for a seamless interaction during the closing process. Jeri also provides legal support in the recording and fulfillment department, where she manages compliance issues associated with recording documents, electronically or directly to the county, in all 50 states.
Jeri is dedicated to fulfilling the firm’s commitment to providing efficient, quality expertise and technical know-how to our clients. She has a profound understanding of the business side of the industry, having worked as a post-closing recording specialist with RUTH RUHL P.C. after college, preparing residential loss mitigation documents to ensure compliance with county and state requirements.
Jeri earned a law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She served as staff editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, interning with multiple law firms and the Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas County. She earned her degree in political science with a minor in business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Jeri is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Women Mortgage Bankers, and Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association.
