Megan Kirby, the Director of Closing Fulfillment, provides documentation oversight ensuring compliance with investor, federal and state requirements. She also manages RUTH RUHL, P.C.’s shipping, recording and post-closing departments. Through Megan’s leadership, the recording and post-closing departments minimize county rejections, ensure timely receipt of recorded documents, and facilitate the issuance of the final title product with national title companies.
Megan plays an essential role in maximizing efficiency to maintain the most productive work environment possible. Together with the IT department, Megan regularly updates Specialty Docs®, the firm’s proprietary web-based loan tracking site, and the firm’s national document library.
Megan oversees the training of RUTH RUHL, P.C.’s newest team members and keeps training manuals and related materials up to date.
Megan joined RUTH RUHL, P.C. in 2003. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
