Ruth
Ruhl -
President
Ms.
Ruhl is President of the Firm and is responsible for its
overall operation. Ms. Ruhl was born in Tyler, Texas on
August 24, 1962. Ms. Ruhl graduated from the University
of Texas at Austin in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in Finance. Upon graduation, she
entered the mortgage banking industry as a loan officer.
In May 1992, she received her Juris Doctor degree, magna
cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School Of Law.
She is a member of Phi Delta Phi and received American
Jurisprudence Awards in Evidence, Oil and Gas, Estate
and Gift Tax, Commercial Paper, Banking Law, and Trial
Practice. She was member of Oklahoma City University's
Moot Court Board, selected to Who's Who Among American
Law Students, and a member of the Merit Scholars Organization.
From 1993 to 1998, Ms. Ruhl was a partner at Barrett Burke
Wilson Castle Daffin & Frappier, L.L.P. where she
specialized in loan origination documentation, specialty
loan and loss mitigation documentation, and regulatory
compliance issues which arose therefrom. Ms. Ruhl was
a partner and a Director in the Specialty Loan Section
at Peirson & Patterson, L.L.P. from 1998 to 1999.
Ms.
Ruhl was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1993, the
United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in
1994, and the United States District Court for the Northern
District and the Eastern District in 1994.
Ms.
Ruhl is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association,
Texas Mortgage Bankers Association-Servicing Committee,
Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association, State Bar of Texas,
American Bar Association, Texas Academy of Mortgage Attorneys,
and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

John
Ruhl
- Controller
Mr.
Ruhl is the Controller for the Firm and has twenty-one
years of banking and mortgage banking experience. He received
his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of the
Ozarks in Branson, Missouri in 1974. His twenty-one years
experience has included all facets of mortgage banking.
Mr. Ruhl has extensive experience that varies from regulatory
compliance and quality control underwriting to internal
audit. He was the Investor Quality Manager for NationsBanc
Mortgage Corporation and supervised FNMA and FHLMC Post
Purchase Audits, Quality Control Underwriting, and was
responsible for negotiating investor loan repurchase requests.
Accomplishments have included management of the NationsBanc
Mortgage Corporation-PMI Automated Underwriting System
Project and the establishment of Master File Audit Departments
for Countrywide Home Loans.
In
1998 and 1999, Mr. Ruhl served on the Board of Directors
for the Dallas Area Compliance Association. He has enhanced
his knowledge through completion of Mortgage Banking Association,
FNMA, and FHLMC seminars, courses and conferences. Mr.
Ruhl is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association
and the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association.
Miranda
Lemons -
Operations
Manager
Ms.
Lemons is the Firm's Operations Manager whereby she is
responsible for Texas document preparation, national loss
mitigation, specialty loans, and document compliance.
Ms. Lemons' outstanding personal commitment to customer
service and detail sets the stage for the Firm's impeccable
reputation in the industry. Ms. Lemons is responsible
for supervising employees to ensure that documents are
prepared accurately and delivered to the client within
the Firm's strict turn around timeframes. Ms. Lemons plays
an integral role with technology issues relating to documents
compliance.
Ms.
Lemons will receive a Business Administration degree from
Texas A&M University - Commerce.
Sheila
O. Hair
- Director of Client Relations
Ms.
Hair is the Firm's Director of Client Relations. Ms. Hair
has twelve years experience in customer service, marketing,
database administration, sales and project management.
In her role as Director of Client Relations, she is responsible
for the Firm's marketing plan, customer service policies
and procedures, generation leads and developing new business
opportunities. Sheila is also responsible for website
updates, technology projects and client training on software
used by the Firm.
Ms.
Hair also facilitates all technology functions of the
Firm. Ms. Hair is responsible for selecting and implementing
new software programs which will improve marketing, document
delivery and security. Ms. Hair was responsible for the
design and maintenance of the Firm's loan tracking website.
Ms. Hair provides client support for all software questions
and maintains the Firm's Specialty Docs™ database.
In
December 1994, Ms. Hair received a Bachelor of Science
degree with a major in Speech Communications and a minor
in Business Administration from Texas Christian University
in Ft. Worth, Texas. In December 1999, Ms. Hair completed
Microsoft User Specialist training courses from Richland
College. In addition, Ms. Hair has taken Project Management
courses from Dallas Community College to include training
on Microsoft Project tracking software.
